About Me
My Bachelor's and Masters were in Microbiology from Kannur University. I went ahead to do my PhD with Prof. Sathees C. Raghavan, Department of Biochemistry at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore working on the "physiological and pathological roles of RAG complex". In 2016, I switched to genomics and joined the lab of Prof. Jane Skok at New York University exploring how altered nuclear organization can result in tumorigenesis. In August 2022, I returned back home and joined as an Assistant Professor at IISER Thiruvananthapuram. At the Chromatin Biology Lab, I guide a team of enthusiastic students who tries to unveil the complexities of chromatin organization.
